Trailer Analysis Guidance: Write paragraphs on each of the following areas of focus to improve your written responses: What is the use of costume and location like and what does it tell us about the film?  What style titles and credits are used and how are they used?  What is the pace of the trailer like - is there fast paced editing or is tension built with longer extended shots? What do we find out about the actual story and what questions are we left asking ourselves?  What is the music like and what mood does it create?  What shots really stand out?  Who do you think the target audience is for this film?  Aim to include as much terminology as possible - you have fantastic ideas and opinions about film so push yourself further to achieve the higher band in your research!
